A training in Idea Fit & Spa Institute begins with a general analysis and includes you expectations regarding your goals.

You will enter the rhythm of our trainings gradually to feel comfortable and avoid contusions, but still glad with your results.

Some of our trainings are held in the Institute and some are in the open air if the weather allows that. Our Parlour is surrounded with beautiful environs, full of flora and clean air which additionally benefits your health and mood.

In the Institute you can combine trainings with anti-cellulite massages, lymph drainage which boosts metabolism or relaxing massages.

We also can offer you body composition analysis on a special scale and if you wish there is an option to plan your diet or advise you on field of nutrition.
